Kedarnath Yatra

Kedarnath Yatra is a spiritual pilgrimage to the Kedarnath temple in Uttarakhand, India. The temple is one of the four sacred shrines in the Hindu religion and is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The yatra typically involves a trek of about 16 kilometers from Gaurikund to Kedarnath, which takes around 6-8 hours depending on one's fitness level. The trek route is scenic and passes through picturesque valleys and streams.At a height of 3,583 metres, the Kedarnath temple is thought to have been erected by the Pandavas during the Mahabharata period.
