Indian cricketer Ajinkya Rahane made a world record on Friday as he became the first non wicket-keeper player to take 8 catches in a test match.
Rahane achieved the feat on the third day of the ongoing first test match against Sri Lanka at Galle.
His eight catch was that of Rangana Herath who lost his wicket to spinner Amit Mishra.
