Release of Srimanthudu Postponed to Avoid Clash with 'Baahubali'

The makers of Srimanthudu have decided to postpone the release of the movie to avoid clash with SS Rajamouli’s much-awaited Baahubali. The movie that was earlier slated to hit theatres on July 17 will now be releasing on August 7, two days after the movie's star Mahesh Babu's birthday. Though this seems like an intelligent decision by the makers the news has not been well received by Mahesh Babu's fans, who were eagerly awaiting for the release. However, the makers did announce that audio launch of the film will be done on July 18.
