After uproar over Yakub Memon tweets, Salman Khan deleted his Tweets

Bollywood actor Salman Khan recently posted a tweet in support of 1993 Mumbai serial blasts convict Yakub Memon. The actor's tweets created an uproar and offended many who had least expected such statements from the Bollywood superstar, who has often flaunted his love for all faiths. The actor later deleted all his tweets relating to this subject after a call from his father, Salim Khan. He later tried to reaffirm his fans in his secular status. "I also strongly condemn those who are claiming my tweets are anti religious. I have always said I respect all faiths and I always will. (sic)," he tweeted.
