Hugh Grant to star opposite Kangana Ranaut in 'Rani Laxmi Bai'

Kangana Ranaut's fans have another reason to cheer. If the grapevine in B-Town is to be believed then the actress is all set to portray the role of Jhansi Ki Rani in Ketan Mehta's biopic on Rani Lakshmi Bai. The report also went on to state that Hollywood actor Hugh Grant has been approached to play the role of General Hugh Rose in the film. The project will be an Indo-British production, for which Kangana will undergo heavy-duty training in horse riding, sword-fighting and other warfare skills for almost a year, before she starts shooting. The film is expected to go on floors mid next year and will be shot both in Hindi and English.
