The first trailer of Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's upcoming movie '[Shaandaar](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k99-vMPh3-A)' has finally been released.
Actors Alia Bhatt and Shahid Kapoor fall for each other with quite a bit of opposition from Alia's stern screen father, Pankaj Kapur, in the first trailer.
In the trailer, Shahid plays wedding planner Jaginder Joginder, who is in charge of Alia's sister Isha's wedding. Isha is played by Sanaah Kapur, Shahid's half-sister and Pankaj Kapur's daughter, making the film a Kapoor family affair. The film marks Sanaah's debut in Bollywood.
The trailer also features Sushma Seth as the family matriarch and Sanjay Kapoor as a flamboyant wedding guest.
The movie will hit the screens this October on Dussehra.
