Actor Irrfan Khan has refuted the rumors that claimed he will be playing the title role in the Sarabjit Singh biopic.
"I haven't been approached to play Sarabjit at all. This news is definitely not true," Irrfan, 48, said in a statement.
The film being directed by Omung Shah of 'Mary Kom' fame. The movie also stars Aishwarya Rai as Sarabjit's sister Dalbir Kaur, who fought for her brother's release from the Lahore jail.
