Actor Riteish Deshmukh says that his film ‘Mastizaade’ that was waiting for the certification from Censor Board for quite some time now has finally got it.
He also congratulated the members of the film including co-star Sunny Leone, Vir Das, Tusshar Kapoor along with director Milap Zaveri and producers Pritish Nandy and Rangita Nandy on micro-blogging site Twitter.
“Censor Certificate for Mastizaade congrats @PritishNandy @zmilap @RangitaNandy @SunnyLeone @thevirdas and @TusshKapoor,” tweeted Riteish.
'Mastizaade' a sex-comedy was denied a Censor certificate earlier due to its bold content. But now the movie has been cleared with an 'adult' tag after the makers agreed to cut a few scenes and dialogues.
The movie was earlier scheduled to release on May 1.
